Everyone of us at one time or another have faced worries and anxiety in many areas of our lives and this is because as responsible being we are made to analyze and to either avoid of solve these anticipated threats. However, constant worry could signal unsound stress and a certain level of anxiety that when it becomes a chronic condition demands attention. Excessive anxiety immobilizes the person to think straight and tends to burn most of its energy to lethargy thus inducing exhaustion or unhealthy stress. People who have this condition can somehow still manage to do their daily routine but it becomes a heavy task to do so compared to someone who has no such condition. There are also moments when the person’s breathing becomes fast and heavy.

Exercise regularly done is something that would benefit a person psychologically and emotionally.

When one exercises regularly and is able to meet his goals and challenges, then this gives a great boost to his confidence. Physical exercise done regularly also help a person focus on something else, the attainment of the daily goal, instead of focusing on things that can make one depressed and anxious.

While others also ridiculously try those – supposedly anti-depressant means by drinking alcohol or taking drugs to make them feel better, there is no bodily effort or pursuit to take their mind out from those depressing thoughts. Instead, allowing the person to dwell on them more exhaustively, and thus worsening their condition further.

Lastly, doing something positive to manage anxiety or depression by doing a physical activity or exercising does not necessary mean going into a rigid workout. Exercising is one form of physical activity but it is not the only way to curb anxiety.
